Acadia Air Tours (AAT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Biplane Rides Over Atlanta, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Atlanta,Georgia and founded in 1991 by its current owner, Steve Collins. AAT offers aircraft rides, sightseeing tours and aerobatic flights for hire to the public in one of four different aircraft. We have both single passenger and two passenger biplane rides, one or two passenger glider flights, aerobatic fighter pilot flights (in an authentic WWII North American T-6 "Texan") and scenic flights for up to four passengers in our Cessna 182 Skylane. No other aviation tour company in Maine offers you a better selection of aviation adventures to choose from.

Acadia Air Tours is committed to protecting the sound-scape of Acadia National Park. For this reason, all of our flights are conducted a half mile outside of Acadia's park boundaries and at an altitude of no less than 2,000ft AGL. From this vantage point you can peer directly into the Park and experience all the scenic beauty nature has to offer, while at the same time respecting the rights of others on the ground.

Also, as a part of our business philosophy we believe in being a good corporate citizen and giving back to our local community. Each year we donate countless flight certificates to local causes to auction for various charitable events. We also sponsor our annual "Good Neighbor Day" event on the second Saturday in September of each year. This event is for local residents only. So if you are a "local" be sure to come out and join us for a free barbeque sandwich and a cold drink. You can also take advantage of discounted airplane rides or just take the opportunity to get your picture taken in front of one of our beautiful airplanes.
